Our Team

Chelsea Warner

CHELSEA WARNER

Chelsea is a singer, multi-instrumentalist, producer and songwriter. An artist herself, she has been a regular performer for 5 years around the Sydney scene, playing acoustic solo gigs. She experiments with an electronic/ hip hop inspired Ableton Live one-woman show, as well as with an 8 piece band.

She has produced at KLP’s Ricochet songs songwriting camps and Universal Publishing. She regularly produces music for herself and other artists, including Thandi Phoenix, Alfie Arcuri, SKŸE, Boi and Bianca Mutukura. She is now studying Contemporary Music at the Sydney Conservatorium.

Charlotte Adele

CHARLOTTE ADELE

In a short period of time, Charlotte has established herself as one of the best in the new generation of producers and songwriters. She has vocal producing and engineering credits on releases by Thelma Plum, Turquiose Prince, Eves Karydas, L-Fresh the Lion and ASTA, and has assistant engineered for artists such as Rae Sremmurd, Conrad Sewell, Timmy Trumpet and Hillsong United.

A singer-songwriter herself, Charlotte loves to work from top line down into all facets of music production. She has a love for Pop and RnB, and through this has written and produced for local artists including ANGE, Erica Padilla and Chelsea Warner.

RICHARD BRANCATISANO

Richard Brancatisano is an Australian musician, producer, and actor with a strong foundation in songwriting and independent music production. While widely known for his work on screen, music has long been a central part of his creative identity. He is a multi-instrumentalist and vocalist, drawing on influences from alternative rock, pop, and folk music to create emotionally driven, atmospheric songs. Brancatisano writes, records, and produces much of his own material, giving him full creative control over his sound and direction. His work often blends cinematic textures with intimate lyrics, reflecting both his musical instincts and his background as a performer. Through his music project and other collaborations, he has focused on self-produced releases, emphasising authenticity, experimentation, and finding the most authentic production for any given style. This dual career has allowed him to bridge storytelling across both music and film, shaping a distinct and personal artistic voice. He is currently producing Lauren Azar’s latest album. And has some exciting collaborations planned for 2026.

Ross Ferraro

ROSS FERRARO

Ross is Sydney based recording artist, drummer, songwriter and music producer.

A freelance touring and session musician for over a decade, Ross has played and recorded with top flight artists across a range of genres.  Performance highlights include Tim Finn, Diesel, Ben Lee & Guy Sebastian.

In 2011, Ross co-founded REC Studios, a recording facility in Sydney’s CBD, where he took on the role of in-house producer and studio manager. The studio has since played host to some of the biggest names in music such as Skrillex, Wolfmother, The Script and Daniel Johns, as well as being a creative hub for the local independent music scene. Ross has also racked up engineering credits for Mac Miller, Armin Van Buuren, Vera Blue and Jax Jones.

Ross has also released music with various projects of his own including The Goods, Cardboard Heroes, The Posse and his own original project ROSARIO. Ross has been involved in countless recordings, either as a drummer, engineer, producer or songwriter.

NICHOLAS PATON

Production and writing with artists locally and internationally, achieving over 3 million streams combined across multiple platforms/artists specifically in Pop, Rock, Folk, Indie-Pop, RnB & Dance Music. Excelling in translating the artist vision to express their voice in a universal and unique language. Nick’s songwriting and production experience is to a high industry level bringing excellence to any project he works on and any artist he works with.

DAVE QUINN

Dave Quinn is a bassist, producer and educator working across jazz and contemporary music, specialising in hip hop and R&B. As a performer, he has built a reputation as a sought-after bassist, playing with artists and projects including Delay 45, Ruby Jackson, Steve Clisby and COAST, while as a producer he focuses on hip hop and R&B, bringing a strong sense of musicianship, groove and arrangement to his work.

Tash Rindfleish

TASH RINDFLEISH

A Berklee College of Music graduate, Tash’s experience exceeds over 10 years touring nationally and internationally as a vocalist and Keys player as well as constantly producing music and working as a studio session vocalist. Tash has toured internationally playing sold out shows in Berlin, LA, NYC and the UK as a backing vocalist and keys player.

She has worked on releases such as “Keeping Score” – Paces / Guy Sebastian, Client Liaison (2019 Album), as well as toured with artists such as Nicole Millar, Bastille, James Arthur, Alfie Arcuri, Missy Lancaster, Elizabeth Rose, Phebe Starr and Harrison Craig, playing festivals/events such as Field Day, Splendour in the Grass, Lost Paradise, Beyond the Valley, Like A Version, EMC, CMJ, + The Australian Open. 

Aside from session work, Tash has also released singles under her artist name Tashka and continues to produce her own music.

Guitarist, Creative & Educator With over 17 years in the music industry, Mitch stands as a highly regarded and versatile session musician and recording guitarist. His expertise extends across genres, with a particular focus on pop, rock, jazz, and contemporary styles.

As an experienced educator, he has mentored students to success, offering a nurturing environment for growth and exploration. His comprehensive knowledge of music theory and production techniques empowers learners to unlock their full creative potential and develop a unique musical voice.
