Our Juniors 2nd Place in Sydney Eisteddfod!!

A massive congratulations to Anna Marie Cauchi, Isabella Gilbert, Isabella Chiper, Georga Welham, Amy Mutton, Capria DiGiacomo for achieving 2nd place in the Sydney Eisteddfod last night in the Trios and Vocal groups section. Sister2sister School Of Singing have taken a position in this particular catergory 4 years in a row!! :) Last night was alot of fun watching our Tweens also compete, performing very well also!! :) We are proud of all of you GREAT JOB!!

  Natasha Rindfleish, one of our beloved Senior Vocal and Piano Instructors, will be leaving us briefly. We sincerely wish Natasha all the best in her travels to Boston to attend her Scholarship at the Berklee College of Music. For more than half a century, Berklee College has evolved to reflect the state of the art of music and the music business. “With more than a dozen performance and nonperformance majors, a diverse and talented student body representing more than 70 countries, and a music industry "who's who" of alumni, Berklee is the world's premier learning lab for the music of today—and tomorrow.” their website states. Natasha will be away from week 5, Term 3 and will return in Term 1, 2011.

WOW Natasha Gionnone and Anna Marie Cauchi strike again in Sydney Eisteddfod!! Natasha scorred an 'exceptional mark of 95/100 in the R&B open age. Anna Marie achieved 94/100 in the Gospel section open age. AMAZING GIRLS!!!      Natasha will be copmeting in the Contemporary Singer Of The Year on Monday so we wish her ALLLL the best :)

Congratulations to Natasha Gionnone for achieving an outstanding mark and place in the Sydney Eisteddfod Vocal Performance 17/O  last Tuesday. We are so proud of her achievements especially due to the big competition of 50 competitors!!!! 88/100 and HIGHLY COMMENDED!! We look forward to hearing more from all our students achievements this year..... i'll keep you posted!!! :) Crissy x

The Jackson Estate asked 'us'.....YES ...the sister2sister School Of Singing Choir to back up DELTA GOODREM  and GUY SEBASTION at the Michael Jackson 'This Is It!' DVD Launch last night (Tuesday March 2) singing MJ's 'Earth Song'. We were all so very excited to be part of such an event, it's most definitely ONCE in a lifetime experience, one ALL our students will never forget. JACKIE JACKSON was there and met all of us, we were all very star struck, many of us got photos with him! :) Stay tuned for pics from the evening.   Congratulations go out to Tiara Maceri, Holly Moore, Carley Austin and Peta   Ingleton for getting through the first round of the Ch 7 television show “Australia’s Got   Talent.” The girls, now called Victoria Avenue, are   performing their Showcase 09 piece called Decode to get through the first round.   We don’t have   details as yet of when the show will be televised...   Stay tuned.....    "Victoria Avenue"
